Greenwald Group President Scott Greenwald continues the tradition as a Miami and Miami Beach Pioneer with involvement in the South Beach and North Bay Village resurgence. The acclaimed Industry Lofts, on Lenox Avenue just south of Lincoln Road, which was one of the first authentic loft projects transforming the vintage Bell South building into 17 authentic live/work lofts. The Flats on Lenox, a stunning transformation of an abandon commercial building into a 3 story full floor loft style living spaces. In North Bay Village Greenwald has replaced an ageing shopping center with The Lexi, a modern 164 mixed-use development. Currently Greenwald is converting the abandon WIOD radio station into a 30 story 340 foot tall luxury waterfront mixed-use condominium tower that will transform the North Bay Village waterfront.
