Our Story

Like his father and grand father Jerry Granger, Greenwald Group President Scott Greenwald continues the tradition as a Miami Beach Pioneer with involvement in the South Beach resurgence through deals like the financing of the 11th Street Diner, Greenwald developed Ocean Place, a modem, Art Deco-style condominium designed by Arquitectonica. He transformed a synagogue at 1545 Jefferson Avenue into Lunamar, consisting of eight two-story loft units. The acclaimed Industry, on Lenox Avenue just south of Lincoln Road, was one of the first authentic loft projects tranforming the vintage Bell South building into 17 authentic live/work lofts. Greenwald's North Bay Village project; The Lexi, a mixed-use condominium complex. The Lexi includes luxury condominimns with 10' ceilings and spectacular bay views at affordable prices with the convenience of retail services right in the building. Founder:

Allen R. Greenwald, a long-time resident of the Miami area, was born in Monticello, New York on April 20, 1932. He graduated from Miami Beach High School in 1950. Upon graduation from the University of Miami in 1954, Greenwald served with the U.S. Almy Signal Corps from 1955 until 1957. Following his honorable discharge from the US Aimed Forces, Mr. Greenwald sta1ted in the real estate business as an apprentice to a Miami developer in 1957. Plior to starting his own real estate development company in 1960, Mr. Greenwald worked as a salesman for Nat Ratner Real Estate Company in Miami Beach.

Andi Greenwald President and founder of the Andi Greenwald Development Group, Andi Greenwald continues to leave an impeccable and indelible mark on Miami Beach. With a resume that includes six South Beach development projects, two Miami Design Preservation League awards for excellence in restoration, and a key to the City of Miami Beach, Ms. Greenwald is striving for greater heights. Her cuITent projects include Bali, an elegant restoration of two south Beach buildings into four deluxe longhouses, a 15,000 square foot waterfront mansion on North Bay Road, and a beautiful new constmction home on the Miami Beach Golf Course. Greenwald takes pride in her passion for detail. No aspect of her projects, from the sidewalk pavers to the bathroom sinks, to the custom window treatments escapes her attention. "I take fabulous properties and make them shine," Greenwald says, shaiing credit with Rory Gershon of the Gershon Group interior design firm, landscaper Michele Hill, architect Blake Thorson and contactor Robert Seraphin.
